• Requirements:  

i. Maximum age 28 years old 

ii. Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK in any field with minimum score 6.5 

iii. Have a motorcycle driving license (SIM C) 

iv. Good interpersonal skill 

 v. Excellent analytical skill and innovative problem solving

vi. Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented

• Job Desck:

i. Reaching out overdue customer through phonecalls and text based reminder (SMS, Email, Whatsapp)

ii. Inform customers of overdue account and amount currently owed

iii. Sent text based reminder to selected criteria customer

iv. Input every activity record into collection system

v. Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses

vii. Work closety with field collector when the account must assigned to field collector
